Paula began her career with BMW Financial Services in 1994 as Corporate Counsel. In 1998, she transitioned from the Legal Department to Operations as the Asset Recovery Manager. Later that same year, she moved into the role of General Manager, Collections and Account Management. In 2001, Paula transitioned into the role of General Manager, Retailer Services, and in 2006 she accepted the position as General Manager, Customer Interaction Services. In 2016 she moved to the Corporate Compliance Department and is currently in the role as the Chief Compliance Officer.
Paula graduated with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wheeling College and received her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.
